IDP Education Ltd. (AU:IEL) has released an update.
IDP Education Limited has announced a change in director Tennealle O’Shannessy’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 5,441 ordinary shares through the exercise of service rights under the IDP Education Limited Employee Incentive Plan, without any disposal of shares. The transaction, which took place on July 1, 2024, has altered O’Shannessy’s total holdings to include 75,007 performance rights, 4,361 service rights, and 9,802 ordinary shares.
