Idox plc (GB:IDOX) has released an update.
Idox plc has issued over 633,000 new shares as part of the deferred equity consideration for its previously announced acquisition of LandHawk Software Services Limited, with the shares contributing to the £1.5m total consideration alongside the £1.1m in cash paid earlier. The newly issued shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market around mid-May, bringing the total number of voting shares in the company to over 460 million.
