Integrated Diagnostics Holdings PLC has announced the successful completion of its treasury shares removal process, transferring 18,673,728 repurchased shares to the London Stock Exchange to be held as treasury shares. This adjustment leaves the company with an issued share capital of 581,326,272 shares, excluding those held in treasury. IDH, a leading Middle East and Africa diagnostics service provider, continues to target expansion through acquisitions and organic growth.
