Key matters such as the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of a dividend, re-appointment of a director, and appointment of a new joint statutory auditor were addressed. Voting results will be sent in XBRL mode, fulfilling regulatory requirements and maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
