ICICI Bank Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Bhasin and Mr. Punit Sood as additional independent directors, subject to shareholder approval. The company will hold its Thirtieth Annual General Meeting virtually on August 29, 2024, and has fixed August 12, 2024, as the record date for dividend eligibility. Furthermore, BSR & Co. LLP and C N K & Associates LLP have been appointed as joint statutory auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
