ICG Directors’ Share Awards Vesting Update

Intermediate Capital (GB:ICG) has released an update.

Intermediate Capital Group PLC announced the vesting of share awards to directors Benoit Durteste and Antje Hensel-Roth, as per the company’s Omnibus Plan. Durteste retained an interest in 1,751,281 shares post-transaction, while Hensel-Roth’s interest stood at 17,067 shares. Both directors sold part of their shares to cover tax obligations at a price of £22.83 per share.
