Icelandic Salmon AS Expands Farming Capacity

Icelandic Salmon AS (DE:I6X) has released an update.

Icelandic Salmon AS, via its subsidiary Arnarlax ehf., has secured a new license for salmon farming in Ísafjarðardjúp, Iceland, with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes of sterile salmon. This addition expands the company’s total licensed biomass capacity to 33,700 tonnes. The license was issued by the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority and the Environment Agency of Iceland, signifying a 43% growth opportunity for the company.
