IceCure Medical Ltd. has announced its upcoming Annual and Special General Meeting scheduled for May 20, 2024, inviting shareholders to attend in person at their Israeli office or via a remote link. Shareholders will vote on key issues, including the reappointment of auditors, reelection of directors, and approval of an equity incentive plan addendum. Shareholders of record as of April 22, 2024, are entitled to vote, with proxy forms provided for those unable to attend.
