IceCure Medical Ltd. has announced a Special General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 21, 2024, where key agenda items include approving equity-based compensation grants for top executives. Shareholders of record as of July 23, 2024, can vote in person or by proxy, with recommendations from the board to vote ‘FOR’ the proposed resolutions. The meeting will be accessible both at the company’s offices in Israel and via remote communication, enabling broad shareholder participation.
