Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HK:1398) has released an update.
The Board of Directors of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has unanimously approved Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP and Ernst & Young as their domestic and international external auditors for 2024. Furthermore, Mr. Duan Hongtao has been appointed to serve concurrently as Board Secretary, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative of the Bank, effective upon approval by the Board and regulatory reporting. The financial audit arrangements for 2024 have been disclosed, including fees for various audit services.
