Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has appointed Mr. Duan Hongtao as Board Secretary and Company Secretary, with Ms. Yu Hong serving as Joint Company Secretary to assist him during a three-year waiver period granted by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Duan is expected to gain the necessary experience with Ms. Yu’s assistance, who is qualified under Hong Kong Listing Rules and has a strong background in economics and accounting.
