The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2023 which will take place on June 28, 2024, with key agenda items including the 2023 Audited Accounts, Profit Distribution Plan, and the election of executive and non-executive directors. Shareholders must register by June 21, 2024, to attend, and the Bank also proposes a dividend of RMB0.3064 per share, subject to approval at the AGM, with payments expected by August 19, 2024.
