Icarus Capital Corp. has awarded 250,000 new stock options to its directors and officers, bringing the total number of outstanding options to 650,000 against its current capital of 6,567,827 shares. These options, valid for a decade at a price of $0.05 per share, are part of the company’s Stock Option Plan and include a four-month hold period. Icarus, known for operating a comedy club in Alberta and hosting events in British Columbia, is listed on the TSXV as ‘ICRS’.
