Icarus Capital Corp. has announced the approval of a new acquisition, expanding its entertainment portfolio by obtaining the rights to two live theatre shows, with revenue expected from events scheduled at the White Rock Players club in 2024. In exchange for these contracts, 200,000 common shares of Icarus will be issued to the company’s COO, Eric Y. Lapointe. This move comes as part of Icarus’s ongoing efforts to bolster its presence in the entertainment industry, including operating a comedy club in Alberta.
