IBM Announces Delisting from London Stock Exchange

International Business Machines (IBM) has released an update.

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) has announced its intention to delist from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to consolidate trading activities and improve administrative efficiencies. The delisting is set to take effect from November 6, 2024, with the last trading day on the LSE being November 5, 2024. Following the delisting, IBM will continue to maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
