Iberdrola, S.A. has finalized its share buyback program, acquiring a total of 11,095,656 shares, amounting to 0.173% of its capital. The buyback, ending on June 18, 2024, precedes a planned capital reduction where the company will redeem 183,299,000 shares, which is 2.854% of the share capital. Additionally, shares acquired through derivative settlement will be considered for redemption, adhering to the established maximum and joint limits.
