Iberdrola (ES:IBE) has released an update.
Iberdrola, S.A. has officially completed the reduction of its share capital, as approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 17, 2024, through the redemption of 183,299,000 of its own shares. The company’s share capital now stands at 4,680,000,000.00 euros, divided into 6,240,000,000 shares after the reduction. The execution of this reduction was carried out on June 28, 2024, by the executive chairman, under the authorization of the Board of Directors.
