Iberdrola Completes Multi-Tranche Eurobond Issue

Iberdrola (ES:IBE) has released an update.

Iberdrola Finanzas, S.A. has successfully issued bonds worth a total of 2.15 billion euros in the Euromarket, backed by the parent company Iberdrola, S.A. The issuance is divided into three tranches with varying maturity dates and coupons, ranging from 2.625% to 3.375%, and all slightly below their nominal value. The bonds are part of the company’s Euro Medium Term Notes program and have been placed by a consortium of international banks.
