Iberdrola (ES:IBE) has released an update.
Iberdrola S.A. has announced the appointment of Mr. Xabier Sagredo Ormaza as the new chairman of its Audit and Risk Supervision Committee, succeeding Ms. María Ángeles Alcalá Díaz, who requested to step down but will remain on the committee. The Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Appointments Committee, approved this change, effective immediately.
