Iberdrola (ES:IBE) has released an update.
Iberdrola S.A. has announced the implementation of its ‘Iberdrola Flexible Remuneration’ optional dividend system for 2024, following an agreement by the Board of Administration. Shareholders are offered choices of receiving new shares, selling their rights on the market, or getting a cash dividend, with the default option being the allocation of new shares if no choice is communicated. The estimated gross amount of the cash dividend is set at a minimum of 0.348 euros per share.
