IAMGOLD (TSE:IMG) has released an update.
IAMGOLD Corporation has entered into an underwriting agreement to sell 72 million common shares, with the option for underwriters to purchase an additional 10.8 million shares. The offer is in accordance with Canadian and U.S. securities laws, allowing for a distribution of shares via a short form base shelf prospectus and related documents filed with regulatory authorities. The company has also filed the necessary documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
