IAMGOLD (TSE:IMG) has released an update.
IAMGOLD Corporation is set to increase its stake in the Côté Gold Mine to 70% by repurchasing the 9.7% interest from Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd., with the transaction expected to conclude by November 30, 2024. The Canada-based intermediate gold producer operates mines in North America and West Africa, priding itself on high Environmental, Social, and Governance standards, and is aiming for Zero Harm® in all its business aspects.
