IAMGOLD Corporation has announced its annual and special meeting for shareholders, which will be conducted virtually via live audio webcast, with no in-person attendance. The meeting will address key points including the annual report, financial statements, election of directors, auditor re-appointment, executive compensation, and proposed amendments to the share incentive plan. Shareholders as of April 17, 2024, will be eligible to vote and must submit proxies electronically by May 27, 2024, or follow specific instructions if shares are held through intermediaries.
