International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. (IAG) has announced the completion of share acquisitions following the vesting of their Restricted Share Plan awards from June 2021, with top executives receiving shares post-settlement of taxes. The transactions, which were initially notified and are compliant with the EU Market Abuse Regulation, involved several high-level managers including CEOs of various IAG’s airline brands.
