Insurance Australia Group Limited has announced that Director Wendy Thorpe has increased her interest in the company by acquiring an additional 12,096 Ordinary Shares at $7.32 each, resulting in a total of 14,596 shares after the transaction. The shares were obtained through the exercise of Non-Executive Director Award Rights under the company’s Share and Performance Award Rights Plan. No shares were disposed of in this transaction, which occurred on 22 August 2024.
