International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) has announced that their current share capital stands at 4,971,476,010 shares, with 72,519,977 of these held as treasury shares. The total voting rights available, excluding treasury shares, amount to 4,898,956,033. Shareholders can use these figures to assess their notification requirements for changes in ownership to the CNMV.
