IAG Announces Board Changes Ahead of Shareholders’ Meet

International Consolidated Airlines (GB:IAG) has released an update.

International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) has announced that Giles Agutter will not seek re-election and will step down from his role as a non-executive proprietary director after the upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting on June 26, 2024. To fill the upcoming board vacancy, the Board, with a positive recommendation from the Nominations Committee, will propose Bruno Matheu, backed by significant shareholder Qatar Airways Group, for the position.
