i3 Energy Plc has been acquired by Gran Tierra Energy Inc. through a final cash and share transaction, with the arrangement being conducted under a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Share plan participants at i3 Energy have been dispatched letters detailing the impact of the acquisition on their options and awards.
