I-NET Corp. Completes Strategic Share Buyback

I-Net Corporation (JP:9600) has released an update.

I-NET Corp. has announced the completion of its own share repurchase, acquiring 76,900 common shares for ¥144,033,700 on August 1, 2024, as part of a strategy to enhance capital efficiency and pursue a flexible capital policy. The shares were bought back through the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s off-auction own share repurchase trading system, ToSTNeT-3, following a previous resolution to acquire up to 100,000 shares.
