Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited announces a pro rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer, offering one new share for every three existing shares at 0.3 cents each, plus an option for every two new shares, exercisable at 0.5 cents within 12 months. The offer, underwritten by Peloton Capital Pty Ltd, closes on November 8, 2024, and is considered speculative.
