Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited has announced that Mr. Andrew Seaton ceased to be a director of the company as of April 30, 2024. Upon his departure, Mr. Seaton and Mrs. K Seaton ATF Seaton Super Fund reported holding 4,090,840 fully paid ordinary shares. No further interests in contracts or other securities held by Mr. Seaton in the company were disclosed.
