Hydro One (TSE:H) has released an update.
At Hydro One’s recent AGM, an overwhelming majority of shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the re-election of all 11 director nominees and the appointment of KPMG LLP as external auditors for the upcoming year. Additionally, a substantial 96.85% of votes were cast in favor of Hydro One’s approach to executive compensation.
