Hybrid Kinetic Extends Bond and Share Subscription Dates

Hybrid Kinetic Group (HK:1188) has released an update.

Hybrid Kinetic Group Limited has announced further extensions to the long stop dates for the subscription of new shares and convertible bonds with M 6 Investments L.L.C. and Mr. Zhou Zuan, respectively. The new deadline for both agreements is now set for 31 December 2024, as additional time is needed to fulfill the conditions precedent and for the bond subscriber to secure necessary resources. No other terms in the agreements have been altered and they remain in full effect.
