Hyatt Hotels Corporation reported strong third-quarter 2024 results, with a notable 3% increase in comparable system-wide hotel RevPAR and a 4.3% net rooms growth. The company’s net income reached $471 million, with adjusted EBITDA at $275 million. Hyatt expanded its pipeline to a record 135,000 rooms, reflecting a 10% year-over-year increase, and repurchased 4.5 million shares for $657 million. The firm announced plans for further asset-light growth, including a joint venture to manage Bahia Principe resorts.
