Hyatt Delays Earnings Report, Declares Q1 Cash Dividend

Hyatt Hotels Corp (H) has released an update.

The Company has postponed its Q4 and full-year 2023 earnings report and investor call, originally slated for February 15, 2024, due to additional time needed to finalize accounting for certain segments, with the new date to be announced later. Despite the delay, shareholders have something to look forward to as the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter of 2024, payable on March 12 to shareholders of record by February 28.
