Huya Inc (HUYA) has released an update.
Huya Inc., a prominent game live streaming platform in China, reported a decrease in total net revenues to RMB1,529.8 million in Q4 2023, from RMB2,119.4 million in the same period of 2022, while also reducing net losses. Despite a challenging macro environment, the company saw a rise in advertising and other revenues, largely due to increased game advertising and distribution services, and declared a special cash dividend of approximately US$150 million for shareholders. The company is focusing on enhancing user experience and expanding its game-related services, with a steady user base and an increase in paying users in the fourth quarter.
