Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd has launched an on-market takeover bid to acquire all shares of LiveHire Limited, offering LiveHire shareholders $0.045 per share. The offer is set to open on August 29, 2024, and will close on September 30, 2024, unless extended or withdrawn. LiveHire shareholders are encouraged to review the Bidder’s Statement for details of the offer and accept it promptly.
