LiveHire Ltd. (AU:LVH) has released an update.
Humanforce Holdings Pty Ltd has launched an unconditional on-market takeover bid for all shares of LiveHire Limited at $0.045 per share, with the offer period running from today until September 30, 2024. The offer is cash-based and may be extended or withdrawn according to regulations. Approximately 20% of LiveHire’s shares are already under the bidder’s control.
