Hulic Co., Ltd. is set to acquire Raysum Co., Ltd., aiming to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary through a tender offer process. They plan to purchase all shares from Rays Company, which holds about 64% of Raysum, with the entire acquisition costing roughly 173.5 billion yen. The tender offer, running from September 17 to October 30, 2024, has set a price of 5,913 yen per share with a minimum purchase of 800,300 shares.
