Huishang Bank Corporation Limited announced successful shareholder approval of all proposed resolutions at its 2023 Annual General Meeting, including the election of Mr. Lu Hao as a non-executive Director and Mr. He Zongan as a Shareholder Supervisor. The bank confirmed a final dividend payment of RMB1.46 per 10 shares to be distributed on August 22, 2024, and the adoption of revised Articles of Association pending regulatory approval.
