Huddlestock Fintech AS has announced the successful completion of a private placement, raising NOK 14.16 million through the issuance of over 23.5 million new shares. The company may also launch a Subsequent Offering at NOK 0.60 per share for up to 9.75 million new shares, targeting existing shareholders as of September 25, 2024, who did not participate in the private placement, with the potential addition of unlisted warrants exercisable for a year post-registration.
