Hudbay Minerals (TSE:HBM) has released an update.
Hudbay Minerals Inc. has launched a significant equity offering of US$300 million through a bought deal with underwriters, potentially reaching US$345.23 million with over-allotment options. The proceeds from this offering, set to close by May 24, 2024, are earmarked for growth initiatives, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The public offering will exclude Quebec but will be available across Canada, the United States, and select international jurisdictions.
