Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. has declared a final dividend of RMB 0.53 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with an option for shareholders to receive the dividend in HKD or USD. The approved dividend will be subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and a 20% tax for resident individual shareholders through the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connects. Payment of the dividend is scheduled for July 19, 2024, following the ex-dividend date of May 24, 2024, and a book close period from May 28 to May 31, 2024.
