Huatai Securities Co (HK:6886) has released an update.

Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (HTSC) has announced the successful completion of a registered capital change and amendments to its Articles of Association, following the repurchase and cancellation of a portion of its Restricted A Shares. The adjustments have resulted in a new registered capital amount recorded at RMB9,027.302281 million, and a revised total number of issued ordinary shares, now standing at 9,027,302,281 shares. These changes have been officially registered and the updated Articles of Association are accessible on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the company’s website.
