Huaneng Power International has issued its thirteenth tranche of super short-term debentures for 2024, amounting to RMB 2 billion with a 77-day maturity and an interest rate of 1.77%. The funds raised will be used to enhance working capital, restructure debts, and pay off bank loans. Bank of Hangzhou Co., Ltd. led the underwriting syndicate for this issuance in the domestic bond market.
