Huaneng Power International, Inc. has announced proposed amendments to its Articles of Association to align with new electronic communication regulations and to adjust general meeting notice periods per PRC rules. These amendments, which are in response to the Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime changes, require shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting on June 25, 2024.
