Key decisions included the appointment of a new executive director, the appointment of Cheng & Cheng Limited as the auditor with an agreed fee, and the approval of a final dividend distribution for the year ended December 31, 2023. Additionally, a special resolution was passed allowing the Board to issue additional shares of up to 20% of the existing domestic and H shares.
