Huaibei GreenGold Unanimously Passes AGM Resolutions

Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2450) has released an update.

Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 25, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed unanimously by shareholders. Key decisions included the appointment of a new executive director, the appointment of Cheng & Cheng Limited as the auditor with an agreed fee, and the approval of a final dividend distribution for the year ended December 31, 2023. Additionally, a special resolution was passed allowing the Board to issue additional shares of up to 20% of the existing domestic and H shares.
