Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. has declared a final dividend of RMB 0.028 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.1019. Shareholders approved the dividend on 25 June 2024, with the payment date set for 23 July 2024, and a 10% withholding tax rate will be applied for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders.
