Huadian Power International Corporation Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on October 30, 2024, to be held in Beijing. Shareholders registered by October 24 are eligible to attend, partake in voting on key resolutions, including renewals of connected transactions and financial service agreements. The meeting will also cover the supplemental agreement of Finance Lease Services with Huadian Financial Leasing Company Limited.
