Huadian Power International (HK:1071) has released an update.
Huadian Power International Corporation Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, which will be paid on 15 August 2024 at the rate of HKD 0.16469 per share, after conversion from RMB. Shareholders must be registered by 26 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which is subject to a withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and investors of Northbound Trading, and 20% for Mainland individual investors through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
